    Job DescriptionWells Fargo Wholesale Equipment Finance (WFEF) is seeking a Senior BPM developer to join a team creating a new credit approval platform referred to as Touchless. This new platform will automate the customer approval and equipment drawdown approval processes and will be built utilizing the IBM BPM platform. The successful candidate for this position will be able to function at the highest technical level with respect to Business Process Management development and design utilizing IBM BPM tool sets (Integration Developer and Process Designer). The candidate should have documented experience with IBMs BPM tools version 7.0 or version 8.5 is preferred. This position acts as an expert technical resource to programming staff in the development, testing, and implementation of business processes utilizing IBM BPM The successful candidate will work closely with both Wells Fargo and Consulting Services companies in the execution of business process design and implementation within the wholesale customer enrollments space. Responsibilities include: Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
